Ocean eyes and gradient brows. I used Sugarpills Heartbreaker pallet and an old pink blush. I used NYX’s jumbo pencil in Milk as a base. I just got it and this is the first time I used it, I’m in love! It seriously makes the colors pop and it’s creamy enough to grab them well. (but not so creamy that it won’t dry and things shift around.)
