It’s my sweethearts birthday. Chocolate cake made from scratch (for breakfast…yolo), roses from the abandoned lot behind the house, a bottle of scotch, and a drawing of them playing poker with our three rats.
Dear Diary, yesterday Lyda and I went out for coffee and she got espresso poured over ice cream and I got a cinnamon roll and black coffee and we had an intense food fantasy talk, then we watched the Last Unicorn and ate cupcakes and did our nails and she gave me her white crackle polish (it’s so much fun I’ve never tried crackles b4) and I fell asleep on the couch at 5:30 in the morning when I finally got home I was stoned for over 12 hours yesterday oof too much what is time anyway and how does it work. I really need to clean the kitchen.
PS why are my friends all 2 cute, I have really cute friends okay
PSS my face is beat, I really need more sleep. I just can’t relax enough to sleep well lately, I’m too stressed out ugh plus I’ve been drinking way too much coffee lately but it is so warm and deslishous ok?
Super easy energy balls: 1 cup peanut butter or almond butter 1/2 cup flaxseed meal 1 cup oats 1 handful or more of chocolate or carob chips 1/4 honey or agave & any small amounts of dried fruits or seeds + dash of cinnamon. Mix reaaaally well and form little balls (I do this with my hand) and set in container in fridge. Gluten free & high protein
